Lentz, Cristina-Lower Elementary Math/Sci 3rd

Cristina attended the University of South Florida for the majority of her undergraduate work and then earned her BA in Fine Arts at the Art Institute of Tampa.  She earned her teaching certificate through the HCC EPI program.  Christina’s teaching career began at TDS in 2011 as a Learning Solutions Tutor. She received advanced training in Lindamood-Bell and has developed expertise a variety of teaching methods to address the various learning styles of students who learn differently.

From 2014-2017, she taught 1st and 3rd grades at Carrollwood Elementary and then in 2018, returned to TDS to teach 2nd grade.  Mrs. Lentz is passionate about working with children and feels that having the ability to use specific strategies and skills to help children improve their reading skills is incredibly rewarding.  She loves to watch as students learn and experience success!

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children and likes to travel.
