Frazier, Kim-Lower Elementary, Language Arts 3rd Grade

Kim has over 16 years of teaching experience in public and private schools. She earned a B.S. in Elementary Education at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and is certified in Elementary Education. She has expertise in clinical reading methodologies and is a member of the Learning Solutions Tutoring team throughout the school year and during the summer intervention program.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids, traveling in their RV, baking, and scrapbooking.
